Stagg Mortgage Services have provided impeccable service and support from the minute we made contact with them. Our initial enquiry was responded to quickly and Katherine instantly put my mind at ease when she realised how anxious I was feeling about the whole process. She talked me through the mortgage process and explained all the key people that would be working with us. Katherine set up an appointment for us with mortgage broker, Liam to begin the process. Liam has been wonderful throughout. He listened to our situation and suggested which lender he thought would suit us best. He was professional, knowledgable and efficient but still made time to explain things to us and made me feel that I could ask lots of questions without judgement. We have been updated at every step and all my questions and worries have been responded to quickly. The team set us up with solicitors and have been checking in with them regularly and updating us so that we don’t need to chase anything. Grace is very quick to respond to messages and is very good at chasing things up and getting things done. We are meeting with the Katie next week to choose some insurance and protection policies. Katherine, Liam, Grace & Katie have been incredibly patient and supportive throughout and have made this process an absolute breeze. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a straight forward, stress free journey.

An amazing team! Kath and her team has supported me with mortgage advice previously and recently the stress of selling a home and purchasing a new one. There is not a minute of the day Kath doesn’t work and her team are very proactive with responses.
